Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (minus $25 administrative fee) if cancellation made no later than July 15th
• Full refund (minus $25 administrative fee) for cancellation made after July 15th for a medical emergency (we may require a doctor's note)
• Refund of $230 ($370 if single supplement paid) for cancellation made after July 15th for non-medical-emergency reasons.
